We are delighted to have secured funding for new audio-visual equipment for Llangattock Village Hall. A new PA system, complete with microphones and speakers, was installed this week, along with video conferencing equipment and a projector. The project was a joint venture between the community council and the Llangattock Hall Management Committee (HMC), a separate charity which runs the community hall, and the Welsh Government Arwain grant fund administered by Powys County Council. The videoconferencing equipment will allow organisations like Community Council to hold hybrid meetings where people can join in person or remotely. And all the equipment will be available for use by the community. All bookings will be administered by the HMC as the equipment is secured when not in use. If you want to book the hall, it is available outside school hours, so weekdays from 5pm, all day on Saturday and Sunday and whenever the school is closed for holidays. Contact details for the hall can be found on this link. Find-a-village-hall
