Hub Planning Application Validated

The planning application for a community hub for Llangattock has been submitted.

You can view it and comment on it by following the link below. Search for application number 26/24650/FUL

The application has been developed following a massive amount of work by Councillors and residents who assessed multiple different options before proposing a building which they believe is both financially viable and should be acceptable to residents.   The diagram above illustrates the work done.

You can comment on the application on the planning portal.  Before doing so, we would urge you to read at least the cover letter and the community impact statement.
